Day 2
Today will pretty much be only my food diary. Below is all the food I've eaten today:
This is breakfast - well, 2/3 of it, anyway, because it was so good, I ate it right out of the frying pan. It is sauteed spinach, black beans and eggs. Not pictured: Black coffee.
For lunch, I had salmon and a spinach and mesclin salad with more black beans, and an olive oil vinagrette dressing,
Again, today, I drank 2 liters of seltzer during the day, along with about 4 cups of coffee (30 oz). This is the last picture you'll see of my lunch in a bag. This was a good idea (no cleanup) that didn't work for me. Tomorrow, the salad will be in a BPA-free plastic box.
I had to run some errands after work, which took longer than planned, so I didn't have dinner until late. When I did, it had to be fast and simple, so I had a cup of sauerkraut, and sliced rotisserie chicken with peas seasoned with a splash of balsamic vinegar, a little macadamia oil and some seasoning, mainly cayenne.
Otherwise, I was disappointed that FedEx would not leave my scale at the apartment, so the money I paid for overnight delivery was totally wasted, I'll have to pick it up tomorrow.
So far, the diet is going well - I'm not hungry, ever. I'm eating healthy food, I feel good. I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

Thanks, guys. Yes, so far, so good (2-1/2 days). BTW, today I started the PAGG supplements I described on the first day's post - they arrived yesterday. We'll see if that helps (couldn't hurt!). Also got my scale from FedEx - now I'll be able to track progress in that direction.
I spent over $300 on medicines yesterday, so I am really motivated to lose the weight, since I think that might cut those costs by about 60% or more.
