This is a chart of inches lost (sum of chest, waist, hips) since beginning the Natural Hormonal Enhancement Diet.

First week on the regular NHE diet (after the inductance phase), and I like the results very much.

I am amazed that I didn't put on more weight than I did. I like the idea that I lost a little on the inches front, and that although the calipers may not be the most accurate measurement of body fat percentage, they are at least internally consistent, and that measure shows continued fat loss.


Food Log
Breakfast
3-egg omelet with onion, peppers, spinach and chia seed filling, topped with salsa and accompanied by natural pork sausage.
    Carb count:  5 g.

Lunch
Chicken salad (made with home-made herbes de provence mayonnaise and celery) over Spring Mix greens.
    Carb count: 1 g.

Dinner 

Quinoa spaghetti and peas with Pomodoro sauce. Not shown:1 bar of Black and Green's 86% Dark chocolate.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  36 oz,   Water: 72+ oz.
