It isn't news and probably not noteworthy, but I get so much happiness talking with Alex. It was a pleasant Father's Day, I wish I could have spent it with him, instead of just talking on the phone. Anyway, happy Father's Day to all, to Alex, to me.

Yesterday's successful 24-hour fast seems to have gotten rid of the most excessive of my excess weight.
I'm going to be trying to follow my rules to the max this coming week. Today, as is typical on a weekend day, I had breakfast at lunch, so only two meals.

Good morning. I am glad you had a good father's day. I had a good weekend and a good meal last night with the kids. Having a problem with the muscle in my calf. Nothing big- just seems to be spasming. I just walk it off. Happened this morning going down stairs. Maybe I need to warm up my muscles before I leave for the train. Love you
