Coming off my two days of continuously eating off-plan food, I hit today's fast with a vengeance, doing the full 24 hours.

Chili, made with grass-fed beef, mushrooms, peas, spinach, tomatoes, black beans and spices.


Snack
Pepperoni and a cocoa-kale protein shake (almond milk, vanilla whey protein (24g protein), kale, cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, stevia-inulin blend).
    
Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   32 oz,   Water:68+ oz
