July 19, 2012: Post 555 (2012 Day 201) - Fast Day
Daily Comment
This was an unusually busy day. To the point where, I never got a chance to work on today's commentary.
Instead, it was a day where I gave in to weakness and whim, and let pretty much every distraction go.
I went off-plan with my food. And did it again. And again.
Did it feel good? Yes.
I was egotistical and judgmental. That felt a little less good, but it never approached 'bad'.
I finished it all off with a shot of Jameson's.

Diet Comment:
Oh, what a day. I broke my fast before it could reasonably called a fast. I had skipped lunch and there was a pizza laid out in the break room at work, and I didn't even try to avoid it. The only good thing I can say was that I had a very small piece. Then, shopping while hungry, I bought some cheese, which is a trigger food for me. Tomorrow, I'm guessing, I will be sad.
