Daily Comment
Not much to write about - the day was busy with work, then rather boring. Some reading, some TV. I wasn't even inspired enough to cook anything for dinner.

Strangely, that's okay with me. I don't need a lot of activity to feel well, either physically or emotionally. That is not to say I wouldn't be healthier if I were more active physically, I have no doubt that is the case, but I'm talking about the minimum daily requirement being pretty low.

Again, I believe that my meditation practice has a lot to do with that, but...

There is also the fact that I have been burned pursuing activity for its own sake. Physically, I've used and developed my enthusiasm for various exercise activities and diets to the point of injury, followed by months or even years of 'just not feeling like it'. Emotionally, pretty much the same story. I have two broken marriages to back up that contention, although differentiated from the physical (and each other) by other contributing factors.

That last line leads me to think about relationships...

That was a tease. Not today.

Diet Comment
This is just normal, day-to-day variability. So far, nothing I've eaten has caused me any problems, so I'm not concerned. In fact, I only have one concern regarding food: My dishwasher is broke, and the landlord is not optimistic about when they can get somebody in to repair it (the super came and tried various things that didn't involve replacing any parts, with no luck). Life could be a lot harder than that. I actually don't mind washing dishes. 

Food Log

Breakfast
Cocoa-kale protein shake (almond milk, whey protein (36g protein), kale, chia gel, cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, stevia-erithrytol blend).

Lunch
Dal Fry (lentil curry) with eggs, spinach and chia seed.

Dinner
Pepperoni, baby carrots, home-made spicy mayonnaise, guacamole. Chocolate Muscle Milk protein drink for dessert.

Snack
Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted-grain cereal with almond milk, blueberries and  stevia-erithrytol blend.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  32 oz,  Water: 64+ oz.
