Focus on: How I feel today.


I woke up feeling poorly. I was bloated and constipated. Why? I don't know. Eventually, before lunchtime, I got some relief, and felt better, but I had no appetite, so I didn't eat until the late afternoon. I had my breakfast smoothie. Later, some cottage cheese...


I'm not going to say anything more about it. A good night's sleep should help...

Breakfast smoothie: 8 oz almond milk, 1/2C yogurt, 1C blueberries, 2+ C Kale, 2 eggs, 3T chia seeds, 1/2t stevia/erythritol blend.

Dinner 
No pictures: Cottage cheese.
