I could not maintain the fast I set out to do. I was very hungry by lunchtime. I could not get in to see my doctor, and had to make an appointment on Monday to see an associate. So everything is on hold until then. I will be trying to eat light, making certain that I keep up my fiber intake.


Food Log
Breakfast
None.
    Carb count: 0 g. Net


Lunch
Cottage cheese with 2T chia seeds.
     Carb count: 3 g. Net

Early Dinner 
3-eggs with spinach, ricotta, and 2Tchia seeds filling.
    Carb Count:  2 g. Net


Late Dinner
Organic smoked turkey and organic cheddar cheese.
    Carb Count:  1 g. Net


Day total carbs:  
    ~7 g. Net carbs. 
Net carbs = total carbs - fiber 
The approximation "~" includes an amount added for calculation error and unknown (therefore, uncounted) carbs.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  0 oz,   Water: 128+ oz.

Have you tried Senokot? This is what my GI dr. recommended. Specifically senokot syrup but that is like prune juice so I use the tabs. Feel better.
