Today's Weight:        201.8 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:    199.2 lbs

In front of my doctor's appointment tomorrow, and feeling a bit more comfortable, I maintained a normal-ish diet today.


Food Log
Breakfast
Protein shake: Whey protein (24g) almond milk, almond butter, blueberries, kale, chia seeds, stevia.
    Carb count: 16 g. Net


Lunch
Scrambled eggs with onions and spinach, and natural sausages on to p of Spinach and Field Mix with balsamic vinaigrette.
     Carb count: 2 g. Net

Early Dinner 
Sockeye salmon and broccoli with butter and parmesan cheese.
    Carb Count:  2 g. Net


Late Snack:
Organic smoked turkey, protein shake.
    Carb Count:  7 g. Net


Day total carbs:  
    ~30 g. Net carbs. 
Net carbs = total carbs - fiber 
The approximation "~" includes an amount added for calculation error and unknown (therefore, uncounted) carbs.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  24 oz,   Water: 128+ oz.
