These measurements are awesome. At this rate of weight loss, 6.6 pounds in 5 days, I will weigh 135 pounds by the middle of next month.
Which, of course, isn't going to happen. I expect the rate of loss to slow down dramatically when I go off induction, one week from today.
Of course, I haven't weighed this little in quite some time (2005 was the last time, I think). And there's a significant reduction in body fat (most of which could be accounted for by going from one inexact measurement method (impedance measuring) to another, only slightly less inexact measurement method (skin fold measuring). I have to note that I misreported my % body fat (and will go back and edit that) as under 20%, which was not the reading I got last Monday, but the lowest reading ever on my scale, a week before then.
So this is Day 2 of induction, aka the metabolic shift. One week to go. This means another week of eating unlimited meats, fat, and some low glycemic load vegetables. No more than 20g net carbs (aka: active or digestible carbs) per day.
