We see a slight upward blip, the first in a week. The cause? Probably last night's late-night cheese binge. At least, that would be my guess.
    
Food Log
Breakfast

Protein drink: 2 whole eggs, 8 oz unsweetened almond milk, 2 C kale, 3 T hulled hemp seed, inulin, stevia.
    Carb count: 10 g. Net

Lunch
2 Chicken, feta and spinach sausages and Dijon mustard, with a salad of Spring Mix greens and vinaigrette.
    Carb count: 1 g. Net
 
Dinner 
Pan-fried pork chop with fried egg and cayenne.
    Carb Count:  1 g. Net


Late Snack
2 oz raw almonds and an 3 oz of 3-year aged Gruyere cheese.
    Carb count: 6 g. Net

Day total carbs:  
    18 g. net carbs. 
Net carbs = total carbs - fiber


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  36 oz,   Water: 96+ oz.
