Net Loss/Gain:         + 0.8 lbs

Saw a little 'bounce' with yesterday's normal-calorie day following a very low-calorie day.


Daily Comment
About 95% of the time, I write these comments the day after the posting date, because I prefer to do it in the morning rather than late at night, when all the day's data is in.  This typically means I already know the results from that day's eating, although I maintain the illusion that I don't. 
I think of this as a literary device. I try to pretend I don't have 'future knowledge' (after all, sometimes I don't have the relevant information yet, if I'm writing before weigh-in).

Food Log


Breakfast
A protein coffee drink made with coffee, vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein), cocoa, 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Smoked turkey on a salad of Spring Mix greens, black beans, red cabbage, tomato, red bell pepper with balsamic vinaigrette).
Snack
Celery, baby carrots, red pepper with home-made spicy mayonnaise.


Dinner
Grass-fed beef hamburger with chipotle sauce, and red bean curry on cauliflower.


Snack
Celery, baby carrots, red pepper with home-made spicy mayonnaise.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  30 oz,   Water: 112+ oz.
