Today's Weight:        203.0 lbs 
Yesterday's Weight:    201.8 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         + 1.2 lbs
Daily weight from January 1, 2011.
Daily weight from October 1, 2011.
Not bad considering the amount of cake eaten yesterday, as well as the concentration of all my food in two meals. That should have spiked my insulin real good (which is one of the goals of cheat days, besides the goal of high calories and getting a 'fix' for cravings).


Weird day for the diet today. I got up late, ate a rather large breakfast at around 2:30pm, then I just wasn't hungry the rest of the day. This was not a 'diet' move, just the way I felt all day.


Daily Comment
I am not easily offended, and I try not to be judgmental. I like to think that nobody gets out of bed in the morning thinking intending to be an asshole and do wrong to people. That doesn't mean I don't recognize it when I see it. 


It happened to me last night, at a late jam, when somebody who thought they had authority and was inclined to maximize both his personal ideas about music, his leadership, his time in the spotlight, and his control over the situation made some decisions that disrespected the musicians and made me feel personally disrespected while also minimizing my participation. 


Last night I was pretty angry about it. As I write this the next morning, I'm trying to figure out what I can learn from the experience. 

Food Log


Breakfast
 Onion and Peppers omelet with salsa, and a salad (Spring Mix greens, black beans, red cabbage, tomatoes with balsamic vinaigrette). Also, a protein coffee drink made with coffee, vanilla whey protein powder (w/24g of whey protein), cocoa, 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-erythritol blend.


Lunch
Skipped.


Dinner
Skipped.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  32 oz,   Water: 72+ oz.
