As cheat days go, this wasn't really too over-the-top for me. First off, I only had two meals. Next, both were pretty moderate, although the second was a high carb meal. In between, however, I did have quite a bit of a homemade chocolate cake I bought at the Regional Farmer's market.

Daily Commentary
Another lazy weekend. I do love my lazy weekends. I catch up on tv during the weekend. This time, I'm going to even have an extra weekend day tomorrow, Columbus Day, a Federal holiday.Food Log
BreakfastCocoa-whey egg cream protein shake: Dark cocoa and vanilla whey protein powder (w/48g of whey protein) plus an egg, coconut milk, cinnamon, an extra 5g of BCAAs, and stevia-erythritol blend.
After my oh-so-healthy shake, I started in on the cake I bought at the Farmer's Market, washing it down with hot black coffee.
