This day is the last of the third quarter, marking my 9-month journey. Tomorrow's weight and weigh-in will sum up the achievements so far, and will be the baseline going forward.
I stayed up 'way too late last night and took the day off, slept in, and then spent the day watching tv and movies. Hopefully, my eating today, which started with lunch in the afternoon, will give me a lean starting point.
