Well, look at that: The weight is coming off faster than it went on. I have lost more than 10 pounds in 3 days! That is the fastest I have lost weight since the beginning of the year, when I first started losing weight. I admit, 1 meal plus protein shakes is not a sustainable diet, but the results are very satisfying.
Apropos of nothing, yesterday I ran out of almond milk, baby carrots and home-made mayonnaise. All to be corrected today. Ah, food shopping!

Still getting myself sorted out from the vacation, things are returning to normal, but slowly, and I am falling far behind on my chores. I have to take total responsibility for that - I have 'inherited' housekeeping behavior from my mother: Ignore it until it becomes unapproachable, then critical. I'm not proud of that, and it is behavior I would like to change, but in real-time, it is what it is.Food Log
