I believe I would have lost more weight if I hadn't been sleep-deprived again. It was a good day on the plan, with everything working well - but I had to stay up late for a software install for work (at least I can do it from home), didn't get to sleep until 2:30am, then up at 6am and I am just wrecked today. But working from home, and still, I didn't get to breakfast until 11:30.


Daily Comment
Haste makes waste dep't: With my getting-ready-for-vacation over-frantic activities, I washed my wallet. Amazingly, I suffered only three losses: My Cafe Kubal (where I get my fresh-roasted coffee) membership card, and my free-coffee punch card (I still had 5 punches to go to get my freebie), and the registration for my car. The latter is the only thing that will really cost me any inconvenience; I figure the whole loss cost me about $6 and some time.

Shahi Rhajma (red bean curry), spinach and scrambled eggs with sausage.

Baby carrots, celery and home-made spicy mayonnaise.

Dinner
From Chipotle Mexican Grill: Steak burrito bowl with steak, black beans, sauteed peppers and onions, salsa, guacamole and lettuce.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  33 oz,   Water: 104+ oz.
