Well, less than a week after coming back, and only 6 days back on 'normal' eating, and I am most of the way back in shape - that's a good thing! The slight reversal of the last two days

Daily Commentary
In my last Daily Commentary for measurement day, I wrote:
Beginning the Winter here, I am looking forward to the biggest challenge of the year: On Friday, I am going to LA, and will be unable to follow the diet I have been on. I am looking at my alternatives... Which probably include as much time walking as I can fit in.
Well, I went a little crazy, and because my leg was bothering me, didn't do a lot of walking, in fact, less than usual, not more. The results were pretty impressive, in an inverse, heinous way.

That being said, I'm happy with the way I am recovering.



Food Log
Breakfast

Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/48g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, an extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Lunch was a chicken parmesan hero on the road.


Dinner
Dinner was eaten at the Zabar's-catered buffet at a Memorial service I was attending.  Among the foods eaten were a bagel, cream cheese and lox, some white fish, some finger sandwiches, hummos and crackers, rugelach, brownies, coffee cake, and cookies.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  28 oz,   Water:  64+ oz.
