Daily Comment
Indolent day today. Slept late, ate, watched quite a bit of TV. Ate. Read. More TV. Ate.

It is no wonder at all that I have nothing to say.

Today's Weight:        204.2 lbs

Day Net Loss/Gain:     + 1.2 lbs
Year 2012 daily weight from December 31, 2011.


Diet Comment:
A weight gain after last night's cheat. I can't get away with it every time.

Food Log

Breakfast
Second Nature Wholesome Medley (dark chocolate chunks, roasted and salted peanuts, almonds and cashews, tart red cherries and dried cranberries).
Lunch
Blueberry-kale protein shake (Almond milk, blueberries, kale, whey protein (24g protein), vanilla, stevia-inulin blend. A Ruby Red grapefruit. More Wholesome Medley.


Dinner
Whole wheat farfalle with lentils, onions, olive oil, caraway seeds.

Snack
Lentil chips and hummus. Lindt Dark chocolate with chili bar.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:    30 oz,   Water: 98+ oz
