September 22, 2012 - Cheat Day

Daily Comment
Today, did some 'normal' chores - a wash, some shopping. Then out to hear some live music. Slowly, getting back into something like a normal routine. Which is to say, no routine at all. Only a few mid-week days bear any resemblance to one another.

Food and Diet Section
Today's Weight:        198.6 lbs 
Yesterday's Weight:    197.8 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:     + 0.8 lbs
Year 2012 daily weight from December 31, 2011.

Diet Comment
I'm thinking this slight weight gain is due to late night off-plan (although healthy) eating. Today I cheat, tomorrow I fast. So it goes.

Food Log

Breakfast
Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted-grain cereal with almond milk, blueberries and  stevia-erithrytol blend.

Lunch
One slice of chicken pesto pizza. Sorry, no pic. Chocolate ice cream.

Dinner
At Mama Nancy's:
Half-size Big Anthony fritatta ("New" Hot Italian Sausage style): Eggs, potatoes, broccoli, onions, peppers, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, swiss cheese. Rye toast (dry), hot sauce and a little ketchup.

Midnight Snack
Donuts.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  32 oz,  Water: 68+ oz.

I don't know how I missed so many days but I am glad to hear you are up and about and taking it slow. I think all three of us have a very low need for social interaction. For me, I think it has to do with how stressful social interaction is. I also had this insight that I prefer to write - maybe because I have no privacy here and writing keeps it private- Anyway, I am glad you are better. Love you.
