Day 41

Here are the numbers taken at today's edition of the weekly 'official' weigh-in:

A loss of 5 pounds, and a loss of 2 inches!  I am very happy with those results! How could I not be?

Not too shabby, if I do say so myself.

Today was my cheat day. I had a few photo fails, so I will just list the things I ate:
  • A whole grapefruit with cinnamon and stevia. 
  • A half-order of the Big Anthony Fritatta (potatoes, eggs, peppers, onions, brocolli, sausage, pepperoni and Swiss cheese).
  • A cinnamon-sourdough poundcake mini-loaf.
  • 12 Oreos.
  • A couple of handfulls of walnuts.
  • A Philly steak sub with swiss cheese, peppers, onions and mushrooms, side of cole slaw, side of onion rings.
There you go.
