Day 34, 35, and 36
GOALS
- Goal date: 2/26/11
- Weight goal: 217.8 pounds
- Total Inches Goals: 124-1/4
Day 34 was Saturday. Moving Day. Cheat Day. Lousy weather day, unlike the promise of the 'weather forecast' (hah!). So, no weigh-in, no measurements. For the 'inches' measurement, I am going to use last week's. For the weight, I am going to use the previous weigh-in (as if I hadn't lost anything after Friday's food (which included a 3am 'snack' that kept my appetite down until dinner Saturday!). I will only be posting my dinner Saturday, post-move.
Day 35, Sunday, I had no appetite. I finally ate something - bean dip and vegetables - after the awful half-time show I watched at a friend's SuperBowl party. Because the second half was so freakin' awesome. There are no pictures of the bean dip and broccoli and celery I ate it with. My weight that morning was 228.8 - just under where I was a week ago after my birthday cheat day.
Today, Day 36, I weighed in at 226.4 lbs. Excellent. Yesterday's near-fast really helped me recover fast. This is nicely under where I was last week, only a pound over goal weight (I'll make that up in a few days) and keeping the trend pointing in the right direction. See the chart:
Today was the first day preparing food in my new pad. I still have to find some of my cookware, but it was nice to use my knives and immersion blender (whisk attachment) preparing breakfast...
