GOALS

- Weight goal: 217.8 pounds
- Total Inches Goals: 124-1/4
No weight today. I was away from home. I will be using the average of tomorrow's and yesterday's weights for my chart (so, no chart, either). Simple fact is, if I don't lose any more weight this week, I will still be happy. The trend is my friend.

Turkey, string beans, black beans, coconut oil and spices. Not shown: Sauerkraut. |
