Day 32

GOALS
  • Goal date:  2/26/11
  • Weight goal: 217.8 pounds
  • Total Inches Goals: 124-1/4

No weight today. I was away from home. I will be using the average of tomorrow's and yesterday's weights for my chart (so, no chart, either).  Simple fact is, if I don't lose any more weight this week, I will still be happy. The trend is my friend.

Here's what I ate today:

Breakfast
Big breakfast out: 3-egg omelette made with onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushroom, sausage, with black beans and bacon. A side of cottage cheese. Shown but not eaten: Half the cottage cheese, half the bacon. This looks good on the plate, but I ended dousing this in Tabasco sause and mashing the omelette and beans together.


 Lunch
Sliced rotisserie chicken with black beans on a bed of baby spinach and baby romaine, with balsamic vinaigrette.

   
Dinner
Turkey, string beans, black beans, coconut oil and spices. Not shown: Sauerkraut.
