Day 38
GOALS
- Goal date: 2/26/11
- Weight goal: 217.8 pounds
- Total Inches goal: 124-1/4
Today's scale weight was 223.8 pounds. I am: a) under the day's goal weight; b) under this week's goal weight; 3) trending to perfectly reach this month's goal. To whit:
I am, to say the least, delighted with these results. Tomorrow, I have a doctor's visit, my first since I started this diet. We'll see if the diet quickly improved, or temporarily made worse, the results from last week's blood panel. I can't imagine that any number would be worse, but these things are tricky. And, I was more than 5 pounds heavier when the blood test happened, still not having lost my binge day weight. So we'll see, and I will give a full report here.
On to today's food:

Breakfast
What, again? Yes: Baby spinach and lentils sauteed in coconut oil with 1/3 cup of egg whites and one large, whole orgainc egg. Topped with salsa. |
Lunch
Sliced rotisserie chicken with lentils on a bed of Spring Mix salad greens, dressed with balsamic vinaigrette. |
Dinner
Chili (grass-fed beef, black beans, tomatoes) over cauliflower. |
