This is looking a little bit like a lighter version of last week. After my little bit of self-sabotage late last night, my weight is up a bit today. I am not worried about this - not too meaningful.

Breakfast  
SOS: Lentils, spinach, 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, fried up in coconut oil,  topped with salsa.

Lunch
Smoked ham off the bone, black beans and lentils, balsamic vinaigrette. All over Spring Mix greens.

Dinner

Chili (grass-fed beef, black beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, spice) over mixed veggies. Not shown: A hard-boiled egg.
