Pretty dramatic weight drop, don't you think? Well, from my point of view, not so much. By yesterday afternoon, after I had re-hydrated myself, and even though I had had two meals, I actually felt lighter than I had in the morning when I weighed myself. Today, when I woke up, I knew I was going to see something good. For one thing, I can, somewhat abruptly from my point of view, see the weight loss in the mirror. And today, I am wearing a belt on the last notch, and it is none-too-tight. So this morning, I was feeling it.

I drank extra water yesterday - more than 5 quarts. I also drank more coffee than usual, so my non-caloric liquid intake was extra high for the day. Last night, I got more (not enough - but more) sleep. It will be a better day than yesterday. And, a treat: Chipotle for dinner after the rally!

Today's chart looks a lot better, doesn't it? Back below the trendline, obviously on my way to meeting my goals:




Here's the food part:
Breakfast  
Black bean fritta in coconut oil with spinach, 2 egg whites, 1 egg, topped with salsa (did I mention black beans?). 


Lunch
Spring Mix greens with vinaigrette, topped with black beans and sliced smoked turkey.



Dinner
Chipotle Burrito Bowl: Steak, black beans, tomatoes, salsa, guacomole, lettuce.

Late night snack
Not pictured: Hard-boiled egg, sliced smoked ham.
