All good. Fully recovered from cheat day.

I had a wonderful lunch at Chipotle (the perfect restaurant for this diet). Once again, I got so involved in the company and cnversation (and eating!) that for the second time, I didn't take a pic until I'd eaten about a third of the dish. I do love me some Chipotle Burrito. Thanks, Doug!

Breakfast 
An omelette made with 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, spinach, black beans, and salsa (coconut oil used).
Lunch
A Chipotle Mexican Grill grilled chicken burrito bowl, with black beans, grilled chicken, grilled veggies, tomato and medium salsas, guacomole, cilantro and lettuce. Here, partially eaten.

Dinner

Totally home-made cole slaw and chili (grass-fed beef, black beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, spices). I had seconds on the cole slaw (not pictured).
