Today's Weight: 218.0
Yesterday's Weight: 214.4
Gain/Loss: + 3.6
When I look at my goal for today (213 pounds), and my goal for the next weigh-in, 210.9 pounds, I am a little intimidated. Is this achievable? Well, we'll see, won't we? I went back on the PAGG protocol today, and also, ended up fasting the whole day. This was not intentional. I intended to skip breakfast and lunch, and eat an on-plan dinner, but when it came time for dinner, I was just not hungry, so I skipped that meal as well. As a result, I had nothing but coffee early on, then seltzer through bedtime. I did take my vitamins, medications, supplements, and, as I mentioned, a full day's course of PAGG. We'll see where that takes us.
