From yesterday: "This is not impossible. I have already experienced drops of more than 2 pounds in a single day." I think we can safely say I nailed that one. I haven't reversed the trend yet (that will take a few more days, but, yeah, on the way...

Breakfast
SOS - baby spinach, black beans, 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, salso.

Lunch
Half-eaten Chipotle Burrito Bowl: Grilled chicken, black beans, salsa, cilantro, veggies, guacamole.

Dinner
Dinner salad: Baby spinach, peas, Spring mix greens. Balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Turkey burger in a ring of home-mede cole slaw.




Brocolli, black beans and peas with home-made pesto mayonniase.
