Breakfast

SOS: Baby spinach, black beans, 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, organic coconut oil, and salsa. And I love it. 

Lunch
 

Sliced roast turkey off the bone, black beans, balsamic vinaigrette over Spring Mix greens.

Dinner



Chili (grass-fed beef, black beans, tomatoes, spices) over cauliflower. Eaten but not shown: homemade cole slaw.
