Day 65

GOALS

Yesterday was a Good Day. 100% on plan, drank over a gallon of water and my usual 3 mugs of coffee, did the PAGG thing on schedule. Nice to see the reward on the scale this morning. Today, the same. Perfect plan day.

The chart shows the trend more positive (which for me is more down-sloping), and I am below the trend-line. All good. It looks like this:



Today's food pics:
Breakfast 
Spinach, lentils, 2 egg whites, and 1 whole egg fried in coconut oil, topped with salsa.

Lunch
Spring Mix greens and baby spinach with lentils in a dijon vinaigrette (NOT basamic!) with sliced ham off the bone.
 
Dinner
Sauteed garlic chicken breast with chili spice on a bed of broccoli and cauliflower in a green vinaigrette dressing. Eaten but not shown: 1 hard-boiled egg.
