All right, spring back day! I put a little hurt on me yesterday, but I expect this week to be easier than last week. For one thing, I don't have to lose as much weight in the next 6 days to reach goal, because I started at goal weight, not above it, and because the 3.8 pounds I put on yesterday is less than the 5 I put on last week. So, easier/better.

Breakfast
Nothing. Remember, day after Free Day is still a semi-fast.


Lunch
Nothing. See breakfast.

Dinner
Chili (grass-fed beef, mushrooms, black beans, tomatoes, chili spices) over cauliflower and a side of hard-boiled egg and guacomole.
