Well, two things seem to have hit me hard this morning: Lack of sleep (another sub-4 hour sleep time) and not drinking enough water yesterday. So, my body hasn't had time to recover and digest yesterdays food, and it is retaining water as well. As it is my first "regular" day back on the plan, I intend to fix both of these today. By drinking my full quota of water (something that is, and should be, a matter of course) and getting to bed early, I hope to kick off the week's weight loss like last week.

Breakfast  
Can you tell I got some new salsa I like better than Newman's? Covering lentils and 2 egg whites and a whole egg and, of course spinach. Coconut oil is the grease.

Lunch
Smoked ham off the bone with lentils and an Italian-style dressing (home-made). All over Spring Mix greens.

Dinner
Roast chicken breast with broccoli and cauliflower with made-fro,-scratch pesto mayonnaise. Eaten but not shown: 1 hard-boiled egg.
