This is my daily weight chart since ending the Slow-Carb diet. July 9 was the 1st measurement for Phase 1 for the 6 week Cure for the Middle-Aged Middle. |
This is Day 44 post-Slow-Carb, Day 4 of Phase 1 from The 6-week Cure for the Middle-Aged Middle, which lasts 14 days.
I am still a little sore from my kettle-bell class! I think that means I am putting on some muscle, that can't be bad, right? We'll see how that new lean component looks in the measurements on Saturday.
Today I switched it up a little, having my meal at lunch instead of dinner. With 6 hours between lunch and dinner, I was hungry for that 2nd shake of the day. After that shake, I went out to play, and my post-dinner snack, my 3rd shake, was drunk at Midnight! The whole day's eating spanned 17 hours!

Looks good. Actually, i'm not a big fan of shakes but the shake looks good. Your 4 hour guy was on dr oz on Monday (when I was home due to dr's visit). Dr. Oz seemed to like him. Love you
