The chart above includes values for 7/3 and 7/4 which are estimates, due to being on vacation.
Today I am in a holding pattern before starting Phase 1, the first two weeks of the plan in The 6-week Cure for the Middle-Aged Middle. I was going to start today, but have decided to start Saturday, so it can begin with my most recent measurements, including body fat % and inches of chest, waist and hips.

So I am eating low-carb, and not planning any kind of carb-load meal, although I may do another 'cheat' meal Friday night. Last Sunday's was fun, and didn't have any notable negative effects.

I will have to start referring to my current charts as dating from my "post-4HB" period. It is entirely possible when I have finished the 'Cure' I may be done losing weight - I am fine with my current appearance, but I very, very much want to lose a little more fat to make medical adjustments.

Oh, and I never did get around to starting any exercise... "Soon come," as they say in Jamaica.
