This is my daily weight chart since ending the Slow-Carb diet. July 9 was the 1st measurement for Phase 1 for the 6 week Cure for the Middle-Aged Middle. |
This is Day 49 post-Slow-Carb, Day 9 of Phase 1 from The 6-week Cure for the Middle-Aged Middle, which lasts 14 days.
Pretty much the same as yesterday, except for two things: My meals were spread out wide (I drank my last shake at 11:30pm) and the Russian Kettlebell class. The latter again kicked my ass, but not as much as the first time. This is probably because this time I brought some water with me, and this time I knew a little better what I was doing. But this led directly to the former situation - I had a shake after class, then went out to play (like last Sunday) but this time I only had two shakes under my belt.
