First week of Slow Carb under my belt, so to speak. OK, not too shabby, great in the weight loss department day-over-day, if not so great week over week, but any improvement (and they both improved) is progress.
The meaning of the other measurements is a bit more perplexing... If I were to think about it, but I'm over that, and quickly, too.

Eaten close to dinner time, this is whole wheat penne with peas and a tomato sauce with sausage, peppers and wine. Not shown: chocolate chip cookies. |
For dinner, I went with a friend to Connella's BBQ, to hear a great band (Morris and the Hepcats) and have a delicious dinner. It started with scallops wrapped in bacon, in a brown sugar sauce. |
