September 12, 2011: Day 106 after Slow-Carb, Post 254

Yesterday's Weight:    204.2 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         + 0.4 lbs
Daily weight since 5/30/2011
Yesterday's weird low-calorie, eating late, semi-SCD day, followed by less than 5 hours sleep, had the typical Monday morning effect on my weight: Up a little.
Today is really the first regular-schedule SCD day, where I will start with a protein shake and have 2-3 protein-vegetable-bean meals after.

Food Log


Breakfast
Cocoa-whey egg cream protein shake: Dark cocoa and vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus an egg, coconut milk, cinnamon, and stevia-erythritol blend.


Lunch
Roast turkey salad with Spring Mix greens, kidney beans, red cabbage and balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner 
Grass-fed ground beef  (mixed with onion soup and Worcestershire sauce) and whole-seed Dijon mustard, and a salad of Spring Mix greens, kidney beans, red cabbage and balsamic vinaigrette.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  22 oz,   Water: 102+ oz.
