September 4, 2011: Day 98 after Slow-Carb, Post 246

Net Loss/Gain:         + 1.2 lbs
Still estimating weights based on the actual of the next day. 


This is basically a report on the second pound-gaining, non-diet day of eating after my regularly-scheduled cheat day. It is what it is.

Food Log


Breakfast
Bagel, cream cheese, smoked salmon and a side of beets. Plus coffee.

Lunch
Eaten while travelling: A whole-wheat rollup containing turkey, roast beef, cheese, with chipotle mayonnaise (from Whole Foods).

Dinner 
Umami burger (8 oz fresh-ground Kobe beef on a sourdough bun with truffle oil, lettuce, tomato, and a side of French fries and  onion strips - from Umami in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Not shown: Appetizer of cold noodles in sesame sauce.

Snack
Chocolate peanut butter cookies. A lot of them. 


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  32 oz,   Water: 64+ oz.
