September 2, 2011: Day 96 after Slow-Carb, Post 244

Yesterday's Weight:    203.2 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         - 1.6 lbs
This is my daily weight chart since ending the Slow-Carb diet.
Low weight for the week, so far. 


Another off-plan day, for any plan. This is a kind of SCD day, even though, once again, it started too late to consider the first meal breakfast.

Food Log


Breakfast
Skipped.


Lunch
Spinach and black beans and eggs with bacon.
Snack
Almonds, walnuts and brazilnuts and carrots.

Dinner 
Ate at a Chinese buffet: Beef, shrimp, chicken, vegetables. Photos didn't come out.

Snack
Almonds, walnuts, brazilnuts. 


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  32 oz,   Water: 96+ oz.

Hi- I actually took 5 days off in a row and did nothing. I don't think i've taken off more than 3 in years. It looks like you've settled into a good way of eating although I always think this is the danger point- between diets. Maybe not for you. Love you
