September 6, 2011: Day 100 after Slow-Carb, Post 248

Net Loss/Gain:         - 0.6 lbs
This is my daily weight chart since ending the Slow-Carb diet.
As I finish up non-SCD foods, I am going to be moving back to a modified SCD eating approach: Breakfast protein shake followed by 2 meals with vegetables, protein food and beans. Six days on, one day (mostly) off. Keeping the 'cheat' day - but starting it 'normally' with a protein shake.

Things I am depleting: Mozzarella cheese, Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. These are not part of my diet going forward, along with all other dairy, and grains (except on cheat day).

Food Log


Breakfast
Protein shake with 36g of whey protein plus one whole egg.


Lunch
Roast turkey with balsamic vinaigrette on a salad of red cabbage, baby spinach, romaine lettuces.
Dinner 
Baby spinach, broccoli, chick peas and balsamic dressing. Bought from the salad bar at Wegman's. Not shown: Pepperoni.
Snack
Chocolate 'pudding' made with 24g of whey protein (vanilla whey powder), vanilla extract, cocoa, Greek yogurt, stevia-erythritol blend.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  22 oz,   Water: 102+ oz.
