September 5, 2011: Day 99 after Slow-Carb, Post 247

Today's Weight:        205.2 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:    203.8 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         + 1.4 lbs
This is my daily weight chart since ending the Slow-Carb diet.
Not surprising that I put on a few pounds (almost 4!) after my two-day splurge.  I will be going off-plan, this time on the light side, and with only on-plan foods. I will be going back to SCD, but transitioning slowly, as I use up some non-SCD food I have accumulated.


There are no pictures of the food, most of which wasn't really photogenic, anyway.
Food Log


Breakfast
Protein shake with 48g of whey protein and a whole egg.


Lunch
Greek yogurt.

Dinner 
Black beans.
 
Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  20 oz,   Water: 64+ oz.
