September 9, 2011: Day 103 after Slow-Carb, Post 251

Today's Weight:        203.4 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:    205.2 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         - 1.8 lbs
Daily weight since 5/30/2011.
So, better. Yesterday was a good day. I want to point something out on the chart above: the dotted red line is the trend line. Notice that it is horizontal. Not a good thing when you're trying to lose weight. Basically, it says that I have made no progress in that direction in 3 months. 


So, change it up!


I'm only a couple of ounces of mozzarella cheese away from being ready to start the next edition of the Slow Carb Diet. Sunday will be day 1, I think.


I'm looking forward to tomorrow's cheat day and then, Sunday's SCD restart.

Food Log


Breakfast
Protein shake with 36g of whey protein, and one whole egg.


Lunch
Spinach, kidney beans, mozzarella cheese, scrambled eggs and red cabbage and Spring Mix greens with balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner 
Caribbean lime rotisserie chicken sautee with kidney beans, peas, red cabbage and onions.

Snack
Baby carrots and homemade mayonnaise.



Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  20 oz,   Water: 124+ oz.
