Today's Weight:        201.0 lbs 
Yesterday's Weight:    200.6 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         + 0.4 lbs
Daily weight from January 1, 2011.
Daily weight from October 1, 2011.
If I had weighed myself at 7am yesterday, the weight would have been higher than it was; therefore, I am very happy with the limited weight gain taken only 16 hours after yesterday's weigh-in. In my mind, it's a loss, as I would expect given yesterday's food intake. 


For better or worse, I ended up skipping dinner today. I had a big snack of celery, carrots and my home-made spicy mayonnaise (addicting), and it totally satisfied (killed) my appetite.


Daily Comment
I am falling out of love with Facebook, more every day.  I don't like the new look, feature set, etc.

Food Log


Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, coconut milk, extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Tuna salad (tuna, celery, onion, homemade spicy mayonnaise) and a salad of Spring Mix greens, black beans and red cabbage, with balsamic vinaigrette.

Snack


Baby carrots, celery and home-made spicy mayonnaise.


Dinner

Skipped.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  22 oz,   Water: 112+ oz.
