Net Loss/Gain:         - 1.4 lbs

Better. I figured I would show you the chart from this period, the last quarter of 2011. 


Of course, I may not have  helped myself by staying out late and jamming (see my Daily Comment below). As frequently happens when I stay out late, I am awake 6 or more hours after eating dinner (last night, I finished dinner at 6:30, and got home around 1am) and I am hungry... I don't keep 'illegal' snacks at home, so I ended up eating baby carrots and my spicy home-made mayonnaise (so freakin' good!). 

When I weigh myself less than 6 hours later, it is no wonder I don't see a loss...


Daily Comment
First rehearsal with i am FOOL in 6 weeks. So good to be back. I didn't have high expectations that we would be able to get back to playing our music well right away, but we did. And it was good. And it made me happy. I'm so easy.


Afterwards, went to the open mic at Mac's, one of my favorite places, and had a great night jamming. I got to play a mix of songs including a bunch I didn't know, some with musicians I hadn't played with before, and everybody had a good time.

Food Log


Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, coconut milk, extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-erythritol blend.


Lunch
Dal Tadka (sweet lentil curry I made spicy) with spinach and scrambled eggs, and a salad of  Spring Mix greens with yellow peppers and balsamic vinaigrette.


Dinner
Rotisserie chicken, salad with Spring Mix greens, red cabbage, grape tomatoes, yellow peppers and balsamic vinaigrette.


Snack
Baby carrots with home-made spicy mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  20 oz,   Water: 128+ oz.

Why haven't you been playing with them? On a break? Good job with food, as always. Danny hurt himself in the gym yesterday- pressing too much weight. His birthday is Sunday, by the way. I figured I was due for the annual hospital visit. They thought it was just muscle spasm but he is in pain and has a job DJing up here. That's the news. Love you
