I have "won" back almost 8 pounds in 2 days - more than half what I'm trying to lose in the next 6 weeks. There's a celebration happening inside me.

There is some improvement on the leg problem. Last night's jam was fun. Tonight there's an 'i am FOOL' rehearsal. Getting back into my routine. Oh, yeah!Food Log

What was all the bad news- aside from Andy.

Second comment: Yes, I am pretty happy that my setpoint seems to have actually moved to that 202 +/- 2 lbs.
