Diet Comment:
Water gone, weight back to normal. What a weird few days - weight swings have been huge since last Friday. I had a late breakfast today - we'll call it brunch - and a snack before and after dinner.

Daily Comment:
Rehearsal was cancelled, so I went to an open mic. It is always the luck of the draw, but I drew some poor players. I may have radically weird ideas about what constitutes good playing (I don't think so, but how would I know?), but it seems to me a drummer should have rhythm; a guitarist or sax player or keyboard player playing with other people should be in the same key. Your instrument, whatever it is should be in tune. There were times when none of these things were happening. That makes playing exhausting instead of energizing. 



Food Log

Brunch
Shai Rajma (red bean curry), spinach and eggs.  


Snack
Salad with Spring Mix greens, cole slaw mix (cabbage, red cabbage, carrots) and balsamic vinaigrette.


Dinner
Sauteed Chicken with peppers and onions, and a side of faux-mashed potatoes (cauliflower, butter, almond milk, salt-and-pepper). Not Shown: Green protein shake: Kale, vanilla whey protein powder (24g of protein), an egg, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, stevia-inulin blend. 


Snack
Celery and home-made mayonnaise with a hard-boiled egg.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   32 oz,   Water: 128+ oz
