Practically cruising, now. I'm feeling good, doing well with my plan. Today's fast? A walk in the park, just shy of 24 hours between feedings, and I never felt hungry.
Daily Comment:
My relationship with my bandmates is also simple. They are my friends and partners.
But any time you're in a project with other people, there is another dynamic, as you try and achieve project goals. Everybody is going to bring whoever they are and however they feel, to the project, and everybody has a unique set of priorities. The difficulties happen when there are disagreements on what the goals are and how to get there. This leads to people interpreting the goals unilaterally, and a lack of coordinated effort to achieve the desired result (which may itself not be equally understood by everybody).
I joined this band hoping to play out 2-4 times a month, plus weekly rehearsals. I thought that was everybody's goal, but it is not. My goal is just to play. Pay is not important. Playing time is. In this sense, the band has disappointed.

Green protein shake: Kale, vanilla whey protein powder (24g of protein), an egg, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, stevia-inulin blend.

I forgot to tell you. I made the coleslaw with horseradish ( I don't know if i did exactly the way you did, but the basic idea) and everyone loved it.
