Green protein shake: Kale, whey protein powder (24g protein), vanilla, cinnamon, stevia-insulin blend.

Yes, I am a secret Buddist. Keep it under your hat. I am happy to say that my scar is looking better and better. Not that it really bothered me for more than a few days. I kind of liked the "I cut my throat" look. Things are good.
