Results are good, which I say because all the trend lines are where I want them (flat or down). It was a gig night, and I had a really late night yesterday, so my eating was weird today.

Daily Commentary
I don't think I've ever intentionally done anything to cause someone pain or to make them dislike me, but that doesn't mean I haven't done it. It is just a fact.

Sometimes I hurt people, or piss them off, or make them see me negatively, so that they try to arrange not to be around me. In all cases that come to mind, it is because of a lack of communication, or a miscommunication. It is something I said, something I didn't say, or something I did without explaining (or warning, or getting permission). I take responsibility, and offer this explanation:

When a person (me) is in a moment when emotions are in control (weak or strong, no matter), things are said and done without consideration of the effect on others. At other, not so emotionally 'hot' times, this isn't the case.




Food Log
2pm Breakfast
Onion, pepper and Swiss cheese omelet; and chicken sausage with spinach and feta cheese; green smoothie made with whey protein powder (24g of protein), almond milk, chia seeds, kale, cinnamon, vanilla and stevia-inulin; black coffee.


Snack
Oatmeal raisin cookies.

Lunch
Skipped because of 2pm breakfast.


Dinner
Ezekiel Sprouted Grains Golden Flax cereal with blueberries, almond milk and some stevia-inulin blend.


Snack
Chocolate-dipped coconut macaroons.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  24 oz, Water:  86+ oz.
